Ambient Occlusion

I changed all the materials for this and made the light more transparent.
I chose 4 materials and added them to the shapes. I used my staircase animation instead of the tarmac example they gave us. I like the effect it has on the glass cylinder instead of semi truck.

Array

This was really cool, it moves any way I want to move it and it bends (thanks to the bend tool). This picture of it is to show how versatile all of the cylinders can be.

I didn't do anything to this except change the color because I now know how to use the shader and apply it to certain parts of the object. This is just a preview of what I will learn how to do through this class.

My name all nurbed out

Yeah its no big deal, I did this one by myself

Total Eclipse of the Nurbs

The tutorial had different materials added to the circle but I like this sunburst effect much better.

My spring using sweep nurbs

I used the lathe nurbs to make this piece of pottery. Its a bowl.
I really like this one. While I didn't do much to the tutorial example but follow along and play with it as it was already mostly done, I did learn how to download and add texture. This leaf is obviously a leaf because of the material I found.
I felt really comfortable with this tutorial. I think this is the first one that I did 100% right.

I learned how to duplicate this cool little Russian Matryoshka doll (the stacking one where you keep pulling a smaller doll out of the bigger sister doll). You can arrange them in any order you want.
This image is saved in wire frame. It is also using the current to state tool as well as the bend tool, which the guy on the tutorial snuck in there without explaining it first. Real cool
This is a cylinder connected to a cube. It is pretty cool and one of the simpler ones to learn how to do.

Glass stairs to no where

I call this, the Valley of Fire
This is the actual bridge. The last one uses the bridge tool but is a maze, with bridges in it.
These are two of the reliefs I played with. The first is a sphere and the second started as a normal figure that turned into a wooly mammoth. He is ready to give someone a high five.

This is a spoon, it actually looks like one of those spoon holders that sit next to the stove so you don't have to set the messy spoon you are using on the countertop. That is what I'm going to say this is because it didn't specify what kind of spoon you had to make, it just said spoon. Bon appetite!

Here is my first object. It is a stapler just in case you can't really tell. I will work more on using the knife tool and hopefully better develop the ability to capture real objects.
